A Ribbon Guild Service
The RibbonCard Society.
A quiet standing arrangement: we keep the dates that matter to you, remind you in good time, and write the card by hand so it arrives before the morning does.

The service
A person at a desk, not a reminder app.
Membership in the Card Society is closer to keeping a private secretary than to subscribing to anything. You tell us who matters and when. We hold the calendar, draft the words in your voice, and one of five writers pens the card at our Northern California bindery — on letterpress stock, in iron-gall ink, tied with an oxblood ribbon.
Nothing is ever sent without your word. Everything arrives before the day, not after it.

In their words.

Questions
Asked and answered.
- Are the cards genuinely handwritten?
- Every card is written by one of five writers at our Northern California bindery, in iron-gall ink on letterpress stock. No machines, no fonts pretending to be pens.
- What does it cost?
- $10 per card, all in — paper, writing, envelope and postage within the United States. There is no monthly fee and no minimum.
- How far ahead will you remind me?
- Two weeks before each occasion, by email or text, whichever you prefer. You then have a week to approve or rewrite the message.
- What if I do nothing when reminded?
- Nothing is sent without your approval. We will nudge you once more, three days out, and then let the date pass quietly.
- Can you write in my voice?
- Yes. We draft from your chosen writing style and your notes about each person, then you edit freely before it goes to the pen.
- Do you post internationally?
- We do, at cost. Add the destination to the recipient's address and we will confirm postage before writing.
